EQUIPMENT
12 2 oz Mini Dessert Cups Square shaped (purchased at Wal-Mart or Amazon)
INGREDIENTS
1 4-pack Chocolate Snack Pudding
1 cup Shredded Coconut (Sweet or Unsweetened)
Green Food Coloring
4 Oreo Cookies
1 9 oz Cadbury Mini Eggs Milk Chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep:
Grass - Take the cup of shredded coconut and place in a small mixing bowl. Add several drops of the green food coloring and mix. Add more if you desire a darker green color.
Dirt - Take the 4 Oreo cookies and remove the sugar filling and toss out. Place the Oreo cookies in a snack-size Ziplock. Crush to fine or coarse by using a rolling pin or a kitchen mallet.
Presentation:
Lay out the cups on a table or counter.
Scoop 1-2 Tablespoons of pudding into bottom of cups.
Add a layer of the crushed Oreos to your desired amount. I would keep it to a fairly thin layer just enough to differentiate between the pudding and Oreo layers.
Add a layer of shredded coconut.
Finally, place one or two or three mini eggs to top it off.
NOTES
Place assembled dirt cups onto a serving platter for presentation.
