Prep:

1. Grass – Take the cup of shredded coconut and place in a small mixing bowl. Add several drops of the green food coloring and mix. Add more if you desire a darker green color.
2. Dirt – Take the 4 Oreo cookies and remove the sugar filling and toss out. Place the Oreo cookies in a snack-size Ziplock. Crush to fine or coarse by using a rolling pin or a kitchen mallet.

Presentation:

1. Lay out the cups on a table or counter.
2. Scoop 1-2 Tablespoons of pudding into bottom of cups.
3. Add a layer of the crushed Oreos to your desired amount. I would keep it to a fairly thin layer just enough to differentiate between the pudding and Oreo layers.
4. Add a layer of shredded coconut.
5. Finally, place one or two or three mini eggs to top it off.
